All relevant data protection laws and legal notices apply to this website and its domains. It also applies to all websites and domains owned by AVIPAC. The names and contact information provided on this site are the property of the AVIPAC and are not to be distributed, sold or used in any way outside of the AVIPAC for any purpose.

Your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act. This provides, among other things that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly. It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. The information should, where necessary, be kept up to date and not retained for longer than is needed. However, there will be areas of the site that will require you to provide certain information for you to be able to use or access these areas. Information collected when you donate:  Upon giving a donation to AVIPAC federal law requires us to obtain the following information: name, mailing address, employer, occupation, and amount of contribution. Federal law requires us to report this information to the Federal Election Commission if an individual’s contribution or contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a single calendar year. Contributions from corporations, government contractors, and foreign nationals without a “green card” are prohibited.

Children under 18: In accordance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) AVIPAC does not knowingly collect information from children. Additionally, In accordance with (COPPA), AVIPAC will never knowingly collect personal identifiable information from persons 13 years old or younger.

 How to unsubscribe from our email list:  All signups for email communications and other features of our Web site are voluntary. We give you the opportunity to opt-in and we give you the power to opt-out of email communications. Should you wish to opt-out, an unsubscribe link is included in every email.
